Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final. Because many items (especially signed or personalized books) are prepared specifically for each order, I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped. 

Please review your order (especially any requested personalizations and spellings) carefully before completing your purchase. 

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To help resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of: 

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The Shipping label

If damage is verified, I may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item (if inventory is available), or 

  • A refund at my discretion

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Elizabeth Manriquez is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. 

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
